If there is anyone with an answer to the following question either leave me a reply on here or get on icq and add me 104056640. Any ways
I have a 99 Saturn SC1 and theres a problem. The slave cylinder popped out of place where the throw out bearing hits the pressure plate.
when this happened i tried to put the slave cylinder back in place and the throw out bearing fell down inside the motor i guess .... How can i get this fixed?

the throw out bearing rest on the transmission input shaft, unless it cracks into two it can't fall inside the bellhousing.
i highly doubt this problem is as bad as it sound. i myself would seperate the transmission and engine and look inside the bellhousing only if i knew for a fact something was in there(as there is no inspection plate)
ask the techs on saturnfans.com

you don't need to pull the whole transmission, the R&R procedure above should give you enough room to see what you need to see. but if you do really want to pull the whole thing out - http://www.saturnfans.com/forums/showthread.php3?s=&threadid=29795

Ok mabye i act like i know what i'm talking about but I dont believe i do but anyways the throwout bearing i was talking about that fell into the motor .... i believe what i was talking about that fell in wasnt the throwout bearing... it was a pin that when the clutch was pushed the pin pushed on something in the bell housing.... that pin is what fell inside ... should i try and fix it the same way?

don't worry, i know what you mean. seperate the trans and engine according to the clutch R&R and a bet that pin will drop right out, i'm just sorry there isn't a easier way to do it.

WOO-HOO, never so gain i'm wrong. there is an inspecton plate. normally its on the bellhousing facing the trans. but for the 1.9 liter, it is attached to the bellhousing underneth the engine. let me see if i can find a photo...
