Cold start 94 excel

My excel starts real hard when it is cold but starts fine when its warm, does anyone have any ideas about what could cause this to happen?

if you are running a higher oil wt than 30 that could be an issue but if not your battery might be draining or alternator might be going bad but charging just enough to keep you going trough the day. You also might have an electrical draw pulling your battery down. Any other info may help better with your problem.
