well, here it is...a couple friends wanted me to toon there trucks and cars after seein me toon my own. lol. heres the first of those...a 94 s10...cowl hood, wheels, blackouts, mesh grille, and nice lil muffler. :) hope you guys like it.

That is why the title states that the car is a toon ( cartoon ) cartoon cars aren't perfect and they arent supposed to be , nothing personal .

It's a good start.
I might post it level so it's easier to look at, and in a toon varying line weight can make a huge difference.
make real thick contour lines (hip-hop style), and use thinner lines for your accents. It could be that the consistent line weight implies a technical approach, and throws off your toonish aspirations.
Here's a stang I did a while back. It was a garbage drawing, but I meant well.

In the future give the eye something to play with...it's a toon...let it play.
