Lets keep it clean and have some fun.

If a LS1 powered Camaro left New York City at 90 miles per hour, and a Brand new 2004 Mustang Gt left Los Angelos at 75 miles per hour where would the two cars cross paths???
y2icon
10-01-2004, 02:50 AM

Two miles east of Los Angelos, the Camaro will still be doing 90 and the mustang will be broken...

10-01-2004, 07:08 PM
come on some has to know the answer to this
FormulaLT1
10-01-2004, 07:10 PM
It depends oh how far up the rooster's ass you pushed the egg since rooster's don't lay eggs.
SMOKEY818
10-01-2004, 07:14 PM
not too far up his ass, you can't believe how many people ask me which way is the wind blowing

Yeah that one is like the one about the Doctor and operating on the son and the father was killed in the accident who's operating but for the life of me I can't think of a legit question to ask

I wasn't asking it cause everyone has heard it I was just comparing the two. And the only trivia question's I know are about Corvette's cause I have owned more of them than any other car.

ok, what year did they first put the hatch pulldown motors in f-body's?
FormulaLT1
10-01-2004, 11:41 PM
Whats a hatch pulldown motor(do you mean air charged struts)?and then maybe I can answer that.
Genopsyde
10-01-2004, 11:42 PM
no, the motor thing that closes the rear hatch.
FormulaLT1
10-01-2004, 11:45 PM
I didn't know they had those at all, So it must be after 97.
Genopsyde
10-01-2004, 11:48 PM
i have one in my 91, and a friend has one in his 91 GTA, they're not aftermarket either.
FormulaLT1
10-01-2004, 11:50 PM
My 96 doesn't have it and my 94 didn't have it unless its just a Camaro thing and Firebird didn't get it.
Genopsyde
10-01-2004, 11:51 PM
that's a possibility, a friend of mine had a 92 RS with the 3.1 and his didn't get it.

Well if you want trivia I got one that only 89 should know or maybe anyone that works as a Tech because I came across it, What does Trouble code 18 on a 93 -95 OBD 1 PCM mean? and you won't be able to find this on the Net (you might be able to but it won't be easy).
FormulaLT1
10-02-2004, 12:04 AM
OK that one isn't answerable to the regular person so what are the 3 major Engine differences between 93 Z28 and 94 Z28?
Genopsyde
10-02-2004, 12:06 AM
Code 18 for a 95 5.7 came up as "Injector driver circuit voltage to PCM was wrong for 4 seconds."
FormulaLT1
10-02-2004, 12:08 AM
Holy crap that was quick, I had a GM service manual and PCM read program that told me no such code and it was left out of every site I checked online that was pretty good.
Genopsyde
10-02-2004, 12:09 AM
yea, i'm rather good at finding things online that nobody else can.
FormulaLT1
10-02-2004, 12:11 AM
Just out of curiosity where did you find that?

You don't always get what you want by being nice and I never miss a chance to call someone a bitch. but it figures that its a site called troublecodes if it was any more obvious it would have bitch slapped me.

reat hatch pull down was used first in the first third gen F-body, 1982.
1989 had the Camaro, the RS, and the IROC,
code 18, well, gen already covered that.
now lets see if yall know movies. how many movies can yall name that featured a camaro in a major part.

The main difference between the 93 and 94 camaro is that the 93 was a speed density car while the 94 was a mass air right?
FormulaLT1
10-04-2004, 05:49 PM
Well thats one
1. Speed density instead of Mass Air.
2. 94 added a soldered in eprom that had to be erased and then reprogrammed instead of replacing.
3. 93 used 22lb injectors and 94 used 24lb (actually 24.9 but whatever)
4. One I forgot was that the Transmission became Electronically controlled by the ECM. Auto was now shifted at ecm controlled points and 6 speed had a 2nd & 3rd gear lock out under light throttle conditions.

Thank you that is my car...It has been down for a while now (pretty much the past 2 years). I've been in college away from home where it is at. I recently bought a 94 Z28 and it's guts are going into the 69. Should be running in the spring i'm almost done. Email me if you'd like pics of how it is right now.
