alright, i have a weird ass problem here now, if i have the car idleing and i hit the brakes hard once or twice then hit the gas, it shoots tons of smoke out of the exhaust, and its white smoke too, but its not burning coolant because i only have water in the cooling system at the moment so i can get everything flushed out. but yea, whats wrong with it? is it hooked up to the wrong vaccum spot? is the valve broken? and is the booster shot?? anyone know?? and it did the same thing with my stock d15b2

I know that you have to put the brake booster line on a different spot for the PG7 Intake Manifold. Check the vaccum lines. Sounds like one might be mixed up. Also check for vaccum leaks.

master cylinder is leaking into your brake booster, and your engine is sucking it in through the booster vacuum line

you can rebuild it, if you can find a rebuild kit. you have a warranty for the master cylinder dont you?
also, a lot of places wont warranty a booster unless you change the master cylinder too.

The caliper boot is just a dust shield, the piston ring does all the sealing (which sounds like you need to rebuild or replace as well).
Your problem is most likely the master cylinder.
BTW, the booster is rebuildable but it's easier (and probably cheaper) to replace it with a reman unit with a warranty. Which, I think, you need to replace now that it's been contaminated with brake fluid. Verifcation anyone?

yeah, if brake fluid leaked out of the master cylinder, and got sucked into your intake manifold, its safe to say that your booster is ruined

no money for that, i can get ahold of a 91 teg parts car for 100 bucks and a re-man master is 100 plus another 120 for the booster so i'm actually savin money

That's cool, just as long as you be careful, brakes are not my favorite thing to mod.
