How do you program a new Keyless entry for a 98 Saturn SL2?

here are two how-tos i copy and pasted a while back.
Here's how to program a new remote: Jumper pins 4 and 8 on the OBDII connector by the driver's left knee (I used a paper clip; may SURE you jumper the correct pins or very bad things could happen). You do not need the key in the ignition. Place the paper clip in the 4 and 8 jumper pins. You should hear a horn chirp, then hold the lock and unlock buttons on the fob until the horn honks (should be about 15 sec.), now hold the lock and unlock buttons on the second or third transmitter. The trasmitters are now programmed. Now pull out the paper clip and you should be good to go. This is valid for '97-99 S series with the Saturn Security System (I think).
All existing remotes will no longer work if not programmed with the others.
I will post every Buick on how to program remotes. I will put all years from 1996 to 2004 by model.
Transmitter Synchronization (This works on all GM cars and trucks)
Resynchronization may be necessary due to the security method used by the remote keyless entry system. The transmitter does not send the same signal twice to the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR).
The RCDLR will not respond to a signal that has been sent previously. This prevents anyone from recording and playing back the signal from the transmitter.
Resynchronization may be necessary under the following conditions:
The battery in the transmitter is very weak.
The battery in the transmitter was replaced.
The battery in the vehicle has been in a low or no charge condition for an extended period of time.
In order to resynchronize the transmitter with the RCDLR, perform the following steps:
Stand within 1.5 m (5 ft) from the vehicle.
Simultaneously press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the transmitter for 7 seconds. The horn should chirp in order to confirm synchronization.
