I think i have somesort of powersteering problem

When i turn the wheel to the left i get this high pitched moan comeing from the driverside front wheel... i checked powersteering fluid level and it was fine...any suggestions on what to do?

Have you checked your outer tie rod end? I have had to replace both left and right outer tie rod ends on my 95 Windstar. The orginal equipment ends had no grease zerks, but my replacement ones do. You can isolate the noise, if it is the tie rod end by starting the car and then have someone turn the steering wheel while you listen near the wheel for the noise. (Of course be sure the car is in park and the parking brake set.)

I second the dry tie rod end -or- ball joint thing. You can buy some time by greasing them by poking a grease needle thru the boot. On a side note- if you havent dumped & refilled the power steering (mercon ATF) by this point, you definately want to do so.
