Flowmaster for a 97 sl2?

I have a 97 saturn sl2. and im a little baby and i want it to be loud....yes i no its a saturn but i was looking at flowmaster and magnaflow mufflers. which one is better and which one will i b able to get the loudest one bc i want to turn heads. lol.

I know for a fact that the FlowMasters sound good on a Saturn. Be sure it's installed correctly, though, so you don't get the Jap Rattle. Otherwise, race on Saturn!

My 97 saturn sl2 has dual mufflers from flowmaster, but it came with the car and don't know where to get them, but they are LOUD.

Hey that noise is the extra horsepower your car is gettin cuz the stock exhaust components have a lot of restricted air (especially in a saturn) that it wants to unleash. And I don't care about turning heads, i care about getting the most out of my car.

Well, good for you wanting to get the most performance out of your car. Most of these people who put on loud exhaust pipes and other after market parts do it to be annoying, not to get extra horsepower from the car. The laws in most states need to push on the noise issue. If you can hear a stereo or a motor inside your home with the TV on, Air Conditioning on,and your windows shut then its tooo loud. If your car shakes sitting next to one, or better yet if there car is rattling so bad it sounds like it will fall apart at the light then its too loud. I just really wish the law would do more instead of turning a deaf ear to them becuase they are afraid to insult people.

anyway...on to the loud cars subject...i have a 3A Racing DTM-style exhaust on my car, an 89 Maxima 5 speed, its loud...when i want it to be...I kno how to keep it quiet...and thats exactly what i do when i roll into my neighborhood at as early as 9:00 p.m....

but if you want to be loud...get a big 4" titanium resonator...thatz what my best friend has on his 92 SL2...that thing at idle drowns out my exhaust when i'm sittin next to him...standing in front of mine!

Learn how to read. Every single word is not in all caps. I capitalized the first letter of each word. If I wanted to put it all in caps IT WOULD LOOK LIKE THIS!!!!! and not like this! Some of you people are too touchy about your annoying noise machines. Keep it quiet and the neighbors would not complain. Perhaps they should ban you.

I am one of the respectful kids who keep my exhaust quiet in neighborhoods when it gets dark, and i dont go around in a low gear so its loud as hell durin the day either...

Just an FYI for anyone reading this post... Flowmaster and Magnaflow are real performance parts meant to enhance the HP output of your vehicle. Nobody in their right mind would spend money on a Flowmaster exhaust if they just wanted sound. They would buy the el cheapo PepBoys exhaust. The sound of a good exhaust is just bonus for the extra horsepower. Which is not to say that people don't do it, but just that they're not in their right mind when they do (or ever, for that matter). If you're just going for loudness, simply take off the exhaust and run straight pipes (and a catalytic converter if your area does emissions testing).

You sure do not respect others who post here. Perhaps you think its respectful to be quiet at night and during the day, and thats fine, but you are very very rude here on this site.
