I'm not sure a throttle body alone would give you much of a gain. To get any real gains i believe you should pair it up with a good intake manifold.

TB can be hundreds of dollars, but unless you upgrade the intake manifold, and the intake pipe itself, you wont see much gains from it.

Type R throttle body can cost between 250-300 ...its not bad. Like CRXLVR said upgrade the manifold and intake and you'll see much better gains. I'd also upgrade the cams.
