engine torque specs 96 3.8

hi newby from ontario canada threw a rod in my 96 winstar ,head is off pan is of etc, looks like the rod pin slid over which is almost impossible,
i need engine torque specs is there a site somewhere thanks.and about getting the power steering pump off i slipped a wrench onto that 3 bolt behind the pully it comes off with the housing at the same time
