Finished: Lamborghini Miura
Veyron

This is Hasegawa's Miura kit which is a very good one.
Had a little trouble with the side vents, the kit was shipped with on of them broken off the tree and I lost the tiny top vent. I cut the other side off to match, the loose vent problem seems to be common.
Everything fit nicely and the metal transfers seem to be better than Tamiya's.
No side mirrors for now, I kind of like it that way.

I thought this was a model forum.....it's not fair to put your own car on a glass plate, by rather large foliage, and take pics of it, and call it a model.
:screwy:
Nice job Veyron, that turned out great! I can't wait to do mine. How much did you snatch that kit up for?
Your Alfa is nice too, by the way.
Can I ask what wax, polish and clear coat you used?

Brilliant work all around. Lovely color. I wonder if these cars suffered from poor illumination from the headlights since they seem to be facing to the sky instead of the road. :screwy:

Just gotta park it at the Concour Italiano and weight for the awards to come rolling in.
The Miura remains one of the all time greatest exotics ever produced. Although Ferrucio Lamborghini was a self-righteous prick who should've known better than to challenge Il Commendatore (which, considering Lamborghini's motorsports history is that of ludicrous failure and questionable commitment, he failed at) this, the 350GT, and the Espada rank as the only Lamborghinis I truly desire.
Won't catch me dead in a Diablo, Countach, Silohouette, Jarama, or any of the Audis. :p
