Oil splatter from exhaust

I have recently noticed oil or maybe fuel splatter on the pavement from the exhaust pipe. Anyone have this problem, and know a remedy? Any help and input is greatly appreciated.

I assume you burn oil? replace the PCV valve the OEM peice straight from saturn, aftermarket one will cause oil burning. you may also need to perform a 'MMO soak', there is a how-to on http://www.saturnfans.com/forums/ by wolfman
