ok i have a 89 civic si with a b16a1 swap and for about a year now the car has not been started...i first had to buy a new ecu (PR3) and new distributor (T22du) and new shift linkage...well when i put those parts on the car was turning over but i realized i wasn't getting any fuel...so i went and borrowed a rz0063 relay to test the fuel pump...when i plugged it in i could tell the relay was turning on but this time the engine wouldn't even crank...so i was just wondering if anyone could help me before i load up the car and take it to some garage where they will charge my life for a $5 peice...thanx for anyones help
