4-1 makes its power more in the upper rpm's. as in like 6-10k rpms. the 4-2-1 will make more of its power between 4 and 8k rpms.

That will work. But you notice the O2 bung is down near the cat. You will have to lengthen your o2 sensor to reach.

position of the o2 bung wont affect performance. the o2 sensor will not come with the header, but the whole will be on any header you buy.
