If you don't know which catagory to upload in, just put them in the catagory you think is right and if something is wrong, we will handle it.

nope, unfortunately most of the pics posted on the forums were busted because of the move from attachments to galleries. Of course a lot of the later posts still had some good pics, so I used them :)

I explain : at a moment someone spoke about the creation of a website on the F1. I had the idea to create a gallery classed by VIN numbers !

What do you thin about this ?

yeah, similar idea to pelotons, problem is I can't do it because I don't have time and I don't know enough. If there is someone I can trust I suppose I can make them admin.

Well my suggestion was just to seperate them by road car, short GTR, LM, long GTR, and GT. That would be a lot easier than trying to maintain the gallery down to the chassis number - especially since some are still quite a mystery.

I guess I could find some time to do that much, but it will be a pain since I'll only have dial up at my new house until 9/10.

I am wondering though whether I should start uploading the photos I have, because I'm sure several of the photos are going to be repeated by the different people uploading.

I guess I could find some time to do that much, but it will be a pain since I'll only have dial up at my new house until 9/10.

No, I think you should upload your pics, because first of all there isn't that many people uploading right now, so as long as you check the gallery before you start to upload you should be ok, and second of all if there are any duplicates it isn't that big of a deal, we can catch them :D

If you want new images I would suggest using google image search type in any things that might refer to the f1 even formula 1 thats how I found those pics. If you do this take of safe search you get better results.

In regards to that website, they are either stupid or utterly careless with their information. I say that because the description for the car is incorrect. First off, they call it a "Mc Laren F1 GT road version". :screwy:
And then they say it has a "High down force kit" which is obviously wrong :disappoin
I don't see how it could get any worse, unless ofcourse the pictures are of a different car, and the actual car really has a HDF kit. :D
You'd think that someone who is selling this car would know better.

That ad - with the same inaccuracies - has been up there since the beginning of time practically. The car in the photos is here in the USA and at last report is owned by Seth Neimann. I'm not aware of it being for sale, and he's owned the car for several years now. There is definitely something screwy with that ad, and possibly others on that site.

Please convert to a high quality JPEG file (you may want http://www.irfanview.com/ if you do not have a good photo saving program) if at all possible (BMP is sort of a waste, but then again we don't want a low quality JPEG).

I wasn't too happy with those actually. The shadows are horrible. Going to try to get one more photo shoot in before all the leaves are on the ground.
