it's a pain but try to bleed the brakes with the vehicle sitting on the grount - that stupid little block that the lines go into with the arm to the rear suspension can cut off brake pres. also have seen the rubber line on the rear do this when they get ole - try to loosen the line at the body end and see if anything comes out

Make sure the brake resivour is full.
close all bleaders except the Passanger rear wait a few seconds and you maybe lucky enough to have it gravity blead. If nothing comes out have someone gently push on the brake peddle. Have them tell you when they reach the floor and have them hold it thier while you close the bleader screw. they can let go of the peddle now and repeat till you see fluid.
Now with the bleeder screw closed have them slowly pump up the brake peddle about 4 times and while they hold it release the screw let a little out and close the screw and repeat till you have no air.
Continue on to the Drivers side rear then the passanger front then drivers side front.

The only valve that can shut off brake pressure is the ABS system and it would have to be either broken or in operation to do so and it would be a pulsation not a steady off. :) good luck

One last thing. keep checking the fluid resevoir after every wheel cuz if it runs out u gotta bleed the whole thing. :(
