Reverse Swith Connector

Hi,

I would like to disconnect my reverse switch connector. I am looking straight at my Haynes manual and also at the stick and ball, but do not know what I am looking for as I am a novice.

A) where is the reverse switch connector?

b) what does it look like?

are you talking about the switch to turn on the reverse lights? it mounted on the back side of the tranmission.
