problem of cylinder compression

I just owned a 98 Saturn SL1. Its compression of cylinders is :
CYL#1 180 LBS
CYL#2 125 LBS
CYL#3 150 LBS
CYL#4 170 LBS

I remember the compression of each cylinder should be the same, but now, obviously, I got the trouble.

Anyone knows the probabilities of this problem? And how to fix it?

Thanks million in advance!!!

it should be 195-210 after 10 cycles/pumps.

saturn engine rings aren't as good as they should be. search over at saturnfans.com for a how to on the "MMO soak"
