Headlamp Assembly HELP!

I have a 2002 Windstar. Darn deer ran out in front of me and luckily the plastic on the headlamp assembly is the extent of my damage. I have a new one on its way but I have no idea how these are replaced. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
