2G Eclipse Stereo-> 3G Eclipse

I have a 2G Eclipse Stereo and was trying to put it in my 3G but I noticed that the wires were different on the back for the 2G Stereo and I could'nt plug in everything.

Has anyone ever put a 2G Stereo inside the 3G?
What cables or adapters would I need to do this?
