whats the most hp anyone has pulled out of a 3S-GTE? and what is fastest 1/4 mile et with that engine. I heard 900hp and 7 sec et. doest that sound right?

Yes, but not in an MR2.
Bob Norwood has a 900 HP 3SGTE engine not in a car.
There is another fellow in Puerto Rico running 7s with a 3SGTE in a Chevy Sprint.

We have afew guys making over 700 rwhp and we should see a 9 second pass this year sometime.
There are 9 second MR2s in Japan.

do your front wheels raise of the ground when you launch ? i ask myself that when i look at your sig ...front driver side wheel looks like it does.

to run 7sec you need more than 900hp ...no?

It depends on the weight of hte vehicle, a tank will need a lot more HP to run 7 seconds than a VB bug would :)

Well, I just added nearly 45 more RWHP ... and the front end is going to be getting much more light:

Those front rims are only 7lbs ... and I just got a set of 275/50/15 Drag radials delivered to work ... that should give me more grip than the 255/50/16's I have been using ;)
