yeah, I have many friends who live in that area, but where I'm from, it is right on the border of Mexico to the south and California to the west. It's the biggest little sh!thole in the west.

I am currently living smack in the middle of LA, so there is no developing here, but they are always making new homes in the rich people area.

ohhh. well what do you concider ritch. the new houses around here start at like 300,000. probably even more now. i know of the housing developments where you cant reach out your bedroom window and hold your neighbors had, (aka more than a house and 5 feet of grass in the back), going for like half a mill all day long. they are nice houses but i would want one that doesnt look like 15 out or 16 houses in a row.

word. no, here, 300,000 only buys you an ok house. to get a nice house in a good area, you have to pay at least half a mil.

damn. i know people who are selling here, who still own money on there house, and moving back east and paying cash for a big place with lots of land and still having play money left over.

a home that costs 100,000 in AZ costs half a mil out here. It's rediculous
