91 honda civic rust

[SIZE=4] I currently have a '91 honda civic 1.3l, Recently i have noticed that there are a number of small rust patches forming and there is also one later rust patch un front of the driver side rear wheel just underneath the bodywork, I have also found rust just behind the bumpers in in smaller places around the car. What would be the best cost-effective way to treat the car what would be available on the market in Ireland? or in Europe in general. I would be very gratefull if you would be able to help me with this,

hakc it all out with a drill with an abrasive wheel on it , filler and sand it down then prime, paint and lacquer, it shoudlnt cost very much , what colour is your car though mate??? im from the UK :D

Its red, not the very bright red and its not the darkish red, its somewhere in between,

hmmm red is a bith mate , take it to a workshop when its needing to be painted i would u will never match the colour nicely
