A 240 will beat a VR4 on the drag strip and the track, like i said for under 3 grand you can make a 240sx run high 12's.

here we go again people spouting off at the mouth about rb's and they have no clue what they are talking about. The myth about the need to have a rb25det tranny and oil pan is so over rated.... People have used the rb26dett tranny and disabled the transfercase, also people have left the rb26dett oil pan on and plugged the axle carrier shaft. But Piping and exhaust, plus the custom mounts makes that is somewhat needed for a proper rb26dett swap is whast expensive about it.

Why not just turbo the KA? Oh and turbo2nr, you're not the only one who isn't rich enough to be putting RBs in 240's. Most of the people on here aren't. Exept for the few who spread the truth.

i think ka24dets are cool! tat2 has one and he is a good friend and that car is quick as hell.. it hangs with evo8 and sti.. i do appreciate the peeps that have rb powered 240sx but plz dont try and b.s the other here most of us lack the mechincal skill to complete a swap like this on our own..so we cannont save on labors prices that you guys do that why you say you do a complete rb swap for 3k but isnt that with your labor and time? no to sure but anyways its been fun im done on this topic untill next time and another flaming thread..
