Just joined here today. I was over at TundraSolutions and am looking for another Tundra forum. How many Tundra owners do we have on this site?

Too many. Go away.
:finger:
We've all seen what you guys have done to that place. We don't want that done here too.

Please explain yourself. Yes, please do explain. As a moderator, I'd be VERY interested to hear it.

I'm not quite sure what I did to offend you folks. Clearly these remarks are unnecessary.

Meester Moderator,
This thread will explain our worries about that non-housebroken dog.
Please review for background purposes.

Oh, and 1 more thing....how can deez postings be inappropriate when I've seen all kinds of bad words (profane and obscene) and talk about butts and boobs in the coffee break forum on this web site ???????????????????? There is even a poll on what body parts guys prefer on girls, boobs, butts, eyes, legs, etc.
IN FACT...here's a cut/paste quote from another forum on this website. It was posted by a MODERATOR named SaturnTangerine. Its the first post in this thread:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t18001.html
QUOTE:
I fucking hate you! Yes, I dumped you over a fucking year ago!!!!! And it was because you couldn't just keep your fucking cock in your pants!!!!!!!!!!! Nooooooooooooo, that was too much to ask of you! So bye-bye you went.
And then came along the other guy. We dated perfectly well until I fucked that up, but that's another rant. And now because I'm friends with your friends, you have to throw a fucking hissy fit!!!!!!! OH, and next time your fucking anorexic ugly fucking girlfriend comes to your dad's house, how about NOT fucking taking the main roadways! Yes, fucker, I saw her van. Yes, fucker, I saw the car your daddy lets you drive. You thought that I was a bitch when I dumped your sorry fucking ass???? Oh fuck no!!!!!! I will be in your nightmares for years to come because I am the greatest thing you ever fucking had in your life, and you know it!
*breathes* I'm not done yet, but I had to let it out somewhere.
UNQUOTE:
And our posts are inappropriate??? PLEASE spare me.
And what politically correct idiot says that some women can't be just a bit on the psycho side? I think the above quote says it all.

http://www.tundrasolutions.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9837Thanks, that does clear some things up. :) But I'm not going to discuss economics or debate about internet business models. It's up to TS to make their own decisions in that regard. That said, AF is still free to all, and seems like it will remain so for a little while longer.

...The management here at AF has adopted a fairly lax policy about posting profane words. We're all adults here; they aren't anything you won't hear on the street or on TV or in the movies, so we've decided not to police our member's words.
But there's a place for everything. You mentioned that you saw most of it in the coffee break forum. True. This is an automotive site and the focus is on cars (or trucks... ;)). The coffee break forum is our Off Topic area and I'll admit it can get a little wild. But who cares? It's a minor part of the site, and is the least relevant to the goals of the site.
What you forgot to mention is that jewel you posted above, which was posted by one of our Moderators, was not only posted in the coffee break section, but more specifically, in the Stress Release (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/f661/) forum. The Stress Release forum is obviously where you will find a high number of "offensive" posts, and as such, is bears a disclaimer: "Warning: Don't get offended by what's in here." To SaturnTangerine's credit, and because she knows that threads will often appear in search results with the corresponding forum listed (but in this case without the disclaimer), she titled that thread "D@mn B@stard!!!!!--Language Warning," thereby censoring herself in the title, which can be viewed from outside the Stress Release forum, but also included a warning that more strong language was contained inside, for any members with delicate sensibilities. Good luck finding an AF Moderator that can find fault in that. You, however, just transplanted it into a Tundra forum, where it has absolutlely no place. Now I have to figure out where to move it to.
The funny thing is, if you had dug a bit deeper, you would have found posts far worse than hers that have been posted by me.

If you, or anyone else in here have more questions, or would like to discuss this further, please PM (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/private.php?s=&action=newmessage&userid=534) me or any of our other moderators. We're all here to help.
