No, Birthday. :)

But seriously, I'd rather throw my vote away to Nader, than throw it away to Bush or Kerry. It's a lose/lose/lose situation this election. Maybe I'll vote for myself.

Bush for sure.

To bring in an all new administration into the Whitehouse, while our boys in Iraq and Afghan, are being targets, scares the hell out of me.

taranaki
06-24-2004, 02:20 AM
your boys are in Iraq and Afghanistan because Bush stuffed up.The very least that you can do for them is bring them home before too many more die in an unwinable occupation.

lazysmurff
06-24-2004, 02:26 AM
unfortunatly niether strong canidate will bring them home.

~johnny~
06-24-2004, 02:51 AM
Who's going to bring them home taranaki? Can you guarrantee all of us that Kerry is going to do that? Or, any of the wanna be presidents will do this? Every 4 years, they always tell us "want we want to hear" all of them.

lazysmurff
06-24-2004, 02:59 AM
can i handle this?

Who's going to bring them home taranaki?
niether of the two canidates from the major parties. though the democrats had a chance with Dean and kucinich of getting a canidate that would end the occupation, they didnt.

Can you guarrantee all of us that Kerry is going to do that?
see my above post, kerry is actually in favor of continuing the occupation

Or, any of the wanna be presidents will do this?
nader and harry brown want to

Every 4 years, they always tell us "want we want to hear" all of them.
that goes for bush too

Did I say anywhere that I support Kerry? Not supporting Bush is not the same as supporting Kerry.Every four years, they may tell you what you want to hear, but the onus is on you to judge the incumbent asshole on his record, against the potential of the asshole most likely to unseat him.

On that basis,I despise Kerry less than I despise Bush. But then I despise Saddam Hussein less than I despise Bush. :evillol:

Exactly where was the claim about the huuuuuuuuuuuuuge mandate? Or are we dealing with hyperbole?

Oh man, you mean we shouldn't vote for the people we like, so that the people we don't like don't win? That is sort of the purpose of an election. :)

Then how should we vote? I vote for the lesser of 2 evils! Face it this election is Bush or Kerry will win forget Nader, voting for Nader will give the election to Bush, so go ahead and vote Nader it will help my choice to win.

Nader all the way if I was Stateside. I can't really tell the difference between the two. Kerry's the moron and Bush is the tall zombie, right? This whole Republicrat thing always bothered me.

I mean, THEY HAVE THE SAME POLICY ON EVERYTHING! (http://www.billionairesforbushorkerry.org/toolsandresources/comparison.htm)

ya, like nadar's party, people become demacrats and republicans becuase those other partys are so small they dont think they could ever win, but this poll is in a small way proof that those small partys can get alot of votes. I really dont understand what you are saying, you can vote for the person you want to win, as long as they are running. Last i heard nadar was running.

Everytime i come back the other party choice has another vote.

CarSuperfreak
06-29-2004, 10:57 AM
well, technically you can vote for anyone you want. there are blank spots on every ballot as far as i know

lazysmurff
06-29-2004, 11:03 AM
mickey mouse consistently gets a thousand or so votes every election.

and yes, its time america realized that there are more than two parties. doing so would be fantastic. maybe we would start seeing canidates that could actually get something accomplished.
