Removing the Intermediate Shaft

Anyone with a service manual or service experience willing to share the instructions on removing the troublesome intermediate steering shaft? I am going through a 2000 currently, and it has the clunking, which I believe is coming from that shaft. I have the TSB and the kit from the dealer, but am not sure how to remove the shaft itself. I have the bots out, but am weary of damaging the shaft while remioving it. Would appreciate any help. Have a fax avaiable at 904 928 5043.

Thanks,
Mike Kulina
