idling to fast

I have a 92' sl-1. It is idling to fast have change the fuel filter and injector on th throttle body. That didn't do any good. is there some thing I'm missing? also code: 26 keeps showing up.

26. Quad Driver output fault
you need the take off your EGR and clean it and the passige ways. if that doesn't work, replace the ECT.
(both are common problems on S-series)
