New Struts

Anyone had new struts or shocks put on lately ? My 95 has 152,000 and has a knock up front when I go through a rough area like a gravel lot or have to drive on the grass for something. Wondering if I could use new struts. They are most likely the originals. Has anyone else put new struts on lately ? did it make quite a bit of difference in your ride ? Thanx.

Yup, just had new ones installed last week on my '99. The struts had been leaking and maxed out that the front was bouncing. It has improved the steering and the alignment will help the new tires I had bought to last longer.
