about the 240 :(, i hella needed a reliable daily drievr so i bought the accord, then i spent a hundred dollars for alloys , then 270 for a MP3CD deck and 4 speakers (originals got stolen), and the car needs a tune up.... i sorta registered the 240 as non-op for a lil bit....lol, wtf was i thinking these past 2 months, i gotta get a job and fire up that ca18det!

The thing that sucks was the other guy was banned for 2 weeks too for expressing his opinion that it was lame if stealthj was banned....my opinion, i think he was on a power trip after banning stealthj

very true. i think someone in a bit more of an authoratative roll better step in on that as it does infringe on freedom of speech. luckily it wasn't me banned. i take my civil right extemely serious and would have contacted a lawyer no matter how minor the issue is. when its civil rights, it becomes a matter of principle. but that me.

either way both of the members banned were done wrong. i wouldn't mind seeing an apology from posted to them. if i don't, i'll have to debate whether or not to remain in this forum.

Did you mods ever stop to think that stealthj might have been joking too? Someone made the comment about how long it was going to be before stealthj chimed in and said something to the effect of hating cops. All he did was fucking COPY AND PASTE what someone said. So obviously he was joking. If he wanted to he could have come in there and said "I hate all the fucking traffic pigs in the world. they are useless pieces of shit." and that would have been different then just copying and pasting.

This is the problem with mods on some forums these days. They get mod status and suddenly think that they are Mr. Highhorse himself. Banning someone over a quote?? Wow. I hope you now feel better that you pushed the button and got rid of somebody for a short period of time.

Also, no offense to you at all here stealthj, but why do you mods keep letting people come back after being banned? Even taranaki said that he doesn't think anybody has been given a 3rd chance before. If people don't learn from temporary bans, then why keep dishing them out?

Jimmy, you know i've respected you since before i was given my status, but i think you need to cool off and take constructive criticism a little more openly. being a moderator doesn't give us the right to say stuff like that to members either, just because we're moderators.
