95 windstar brake noise

95 Windstar has a funny noise when you apply the brakes. Once in a while you get a "boing" sound when you apply the brakes. Put in new pads about a month ago ,but didn't help the noise. Any help would be appreciated.

If it has rear drums, you have a binding shoe.

If it has rear drums, you have a binding shoe.
The noise sound like its coming from up front.
