since i have been asked how to swap rims on a dub city, i decided to make a tutorial in my spare time. so here it is. the car i am using is a Dub City Buick Grand National
what you will need- a Dub City or Import Racer car
rims you want to be on the car
philips screw driver
possibley pliers (not shown)

remove all screws (numbers vary from 4 to 6 depending on vehicle) i circled the 5 on the Buick with yellow. make sure to press down firmly to make sure you dont strip the screw

remove and seperate the 3 pieces (body, interior, chasis)
http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v105/FlySkyline/swap6001.jpg
firmly grab a set of rims on an axle, one hand on each rim- it helps if you pull the rims away from each other and turn your hands so that one of your thumbs is going towards you and the other is going away from you. dont be afraid to use some muscle
http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v105/FlySkyline/swap7001.jpg
pull the axle and rim out of the chasis, the axle should be stuck in one rim, and the other rim should be free
http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v105/FlySkyline/swap8001.jpg
pull the axle out of the rim that it is stuck in, you can use a pair of pliers to grab the axle while you pull the rim off
http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v105/FlySkyline/swap13001.jpg
take the axle and put one of the new rims on it, place it through the chasis, and add the other rim to the axle- do the same for both axles
next place the interior back onto the chasis
http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v105/FlySkyline/swap9001.jpg
the body back on top of the the chasis and interior, replace screws and enjoy!!!!!!
before wheel swap
http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v105/FlySkyline/swap1001.jpg
after after wheel swap

hope this was helpful and informative
