ah, heres a lil quick question for you guys, do liquor stores or any other store that carrys condoms as one of its items, sell them to you? like ppl around my age (16-17), because i just went to my local liquor store and I was getting ready to pay for them, and as I get to the counter, he tells me if Im serious, and im like yeah.. so he just tells me to buzz off..aint that bitch?

I think its funny that condoms are passed out at schools. Basically a condom says, ok now its safe, get it on. when really more people wouldn't have sex if they didn't have condoms or birth control... all that stuff does is make kids more willing to do it(no pun intended) even though theres a ton of things condoms don't protect you from... but thats a totally different subject

not true. in ct, ur allowed in a liquor store @ any age. you just can't buy any alcoholic beverage. i've got a friend that works in a liquor store, and he sed the ct law sez that as long as you don't touch the alcoholic products, u can go in. cause they do sell other things besides liquor - like soda & shit

Actually in Ny ( idon't know where you're at) its illegal to sell any smoking paraphenelia(sp?) to anyone under 18, no lighters, no matches, no rolling papers, etc.

also illegal to buy spray paint, knives, etc. if under 18.

condoms on the other hand are legal to any age.

It could also be that you are underage and he as a store owner "" sells booze "" he could loose his liq license and get fined around 10g.
