thats not fair, when i was like 13, i went to a health center with my friend so we can get condoms, and we got like 125 pack of diff flavors...lol all they asked was what do you need em for, and my friend said to protect us from aids and hiv and they just gave it...

in puerto rico it's legal to drink at the age of 18, in spain it's legal when you're 15. All they do is drink wine over there...really cool...and with the whole condom thing, don't you have condom world's?? Over here there are a bunch, in every pueblo (town) there is at least 1 condom world.
