headrest

Does any one know how to slide out the headrest to put a seat cover on the bench seats.

I don't know how to remove the headrest but would like to know how to lower headrest. The headrest in my Windstar's front captain seats lower/raise OK but the middle seat headrest don't lower. They're stuck in the raised position. Does anyone know how to lower captain seat headrest?
