96 SC2 switch/ac problems

Just a couple of quick things I wonder if someone can help with:

1) Both my window and sunroof switches have problems realizing that I am trying to open and close them. My driver's side window won't even go down any longer. Is there trouble in the wiring or is there a simple fix?

2) My AC is just blowing air now, with no cooling. What is the probable problem? Compressor or just need freon refill?

3) Last thing, with my flip headlights, my driver side light is beginning to bounce up and down causing it to flicker to other drivers, best way to solve that problems? The light itself just seems loose when you move it by hand, unlike the passenger side light which is solid.

I forgot to add with the window switch, at times it will come back online and work for a bit before not working again.
