Dash lights not fuses PLZ HELP

in my 93 sl1 i just took most of my dash apart and painted it and now my dashlights, ashtray light, and vent control lights aren't working, checked all fuses and it's not that really have no idea what it could be and i could really use some input please and thanx

You said you just painted the dash. It is most likely that the dash is no longer grounded. Electricity 101 requies a complete circuit and that mean there must be a ground path. Chec out the ground. remember the body is plastic.
