purchasing problem

Ok, here is the delema....i am looking at two 1995 sl2's but one has 160000 and one has 120000 and dents in the hood. It will cost about $200 to put a new hood on but i want the car that is going to be a better deal. They are both the same price and have been regularly maintained. Does it really matter which one i get?? Thanx in advance for any advice.
