impala - lifespan

i just bought a used 2002 impala with 105,000 km (not miles) and plan to keep it in good shape (eg regular oil changes etc).. i don't know much about the impala and was wondering if anyone knew how many km (or miles) i can expect to get out of my new/used car? i know police and taxis like the impala for its durability/reliability but what does this translate to in terms of km/miles?
