tune up specs for a 1995 windstar

Hello,
Can anyone give me the correct idle speed for the 1995 windstar. I've just a complete tune-up and seems to be idling faster now than before I had one. The mechanic tells me I need a new computer. I think he's full of it. Its idling at start up around 1K, and as it warms up it goes to around 750 rpm. When I shift between N and D it give a bit of a kick into gear. Any help at this time would be appreciated.

The idle speed on these vans is not adjustable, did you clean out the throtle body, sometimes the some of the sensors on it get a film of dirt and they don't read properly.
