iding fast, new serpetine belt installed

Hello,
I've just replace my serpetine belt and pulley because the one I had fell off the pulley. Now the car seems to be idling faster, and when I shift I feel the tranny kick in a bit harder. It a 95 windstar with 124K on it. It was running good until I had a complete tune-up on it , wires and plugs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check your idle air control (IAC) valve. It may be dirty.
