The code that just keeps comin

I've had a code 16 (Fuel Injector) for 4 days and I can't git rid of it. All injectors have the same 2 ohms of resistance, resistor tested ok, haven't found any breaks in wires...car idles fine and runs real strong. Took a peak under the carpet to tonight to see if the code was still there and it was, along with a code 7 (TPS). I've disconnected the battery a couple times and waited 15 minutes each time....still there.
The one thing that sticks out in my mind is when I went to set the timing last weekend. When I put the light on it I had to advance the dizzy as far as it would go just to get it to line up with the 18 degree mark. I assume I'm off a tooth or two on the timing belt by having to advance so much? Read somewhere a couple advanced degrees doesn't hurt...guess thats why it runs good.
Any ideas?

Main relay...I had the same problem, changed injectors and checked everything else related to code 16 and the MR was the only thing that cleared it up. Now if I could only find out what keeps draining my battery!!

Forgot to mention...I replaced the main relay with new on Saturday.
Battery could be the alternator.
