well Amemiya's kits were all flow designed. amazing what that guy can do with clay. as for the fenders no worries do0de the fenders look cool although they aren't amemiya FD style flares they still look dope.
keep it up and good luck with finals.

well finals are done so back to work on the car....finally got the amemiya AW-7 wheels... a little upset that fujimi didn't include the amemiya decal that goes on the rim spoke.... (but IT IS fujimi that we're talking about)
anyways i tried to replicate the project mu brake assembly... had to use brakes off a tamiya astra touring car, drilled out the center so they could fit on the fujimi rim.... :screwy: .....hopefully it comes out ok.

Great progress on the car.
I couldn't help but notice that your pictures are uploaded on the UH server, so I'm guessing you live in Hawaii? If so, which island?

I have somehow continually missed this thread - and to my surprise I was mentioned in the initial post - weird! But why would I give you greif? This is a fantastic model. Absolutely brilliant work. I must have missed it, did you have to use a Porsche front end or what? Fantastic modelling!
Great work, even if I think it looks funny.... It's just great!

willmo- back when i started this thread someone posted up some re-amemiya stuff in the general thread...and i think you mentioned something about re-amemiya cars being "over done"...oh well that was way back
yeah i had to use the porshce front :(
some people said it looked funky but i wanted this 7 model to be different
hopefully i'll finish it when i comeback from japan next month
