I tend to side with the mentality that so long as cars are available in more than one region, then let everyone access it!

Local meets, etc., can be organized over PMs or AIM, no?

I think it would be a shame if AF splintered into tiny factions,with their own in-jokes,biases and "star performers".We are all tied by the common bond of cars and driving.Sure there are a lot of technical-type posts that are best kept in category forums,but to me it's not important where someone comes from,it's what they think.

Regional would make it easier instead of having an integra classifieds/civic/blah blah...it would also make it easier for regional meets, PM to everyone is not practical, would just make things simpler IMO

If you're all in the same region, the telephone is a remarkable invention that lets you contact people and talk to them without being right beside them! ;) j/k But really, I still maintain that AIM, or any other messaging service is far more simple to contact the minority of people involved than is having a separate forum.
