'83 impala fenders

Need some help on tips to restore the fenders on my 83 impala. The rear driver side is completly rusted through about foot and a half long and 8 inches high, hole into the trunk. The front driver side fender has silver dollar sized hole with bubbling around it about inch out from the hole. Would love to keep the car, great power and a great feel. Any help would be great.
