94 sable transmission shift problems

I have a 94 mercury sable with an already rebuilt transmission. The car has 190 k miles on it. A few days ago I noticed that every time I shift into Drive the transmission jerks noticeably (the entire car shakes).
Is this a sign the transmission is about to go bad? Help anybody! What do you reccomend? Should I take to a trany shop ASAP?

Who in-stalled it, sounds like it may not be mounted right or has a loose mounting (hopefully) Do you still have a warrenty on the trany if so bring it back to see what they say.

s wagon, thank you for your reply. I should have mentioned the trany was rebuilt about 65k miles ago, out of town (in Indiana). It broke while on the road. I am from Kentucky. So the waranty is gone.
It performed well untill two months ago when it started leaking fluid. I took it to the Ford dealership. They had to do a complete reseal of the transmission, but it continued to leak (not that much though). Took it back. Still leaked. The third time they finally fixed it - faulty pan gasket.
Like said, that was about two months ago. Out of the blue, a few mornings ago, the rough garage shift started (when you shift into drive from either park, reverse, or neautral). Than again, out of the blue, yesterday, the rough drive shift was gone. The transmission did a very smooth garage shift.
I am afraid to take it back to the Ford Dealership after it took them three times to get a reseal right.
Other suggestions?
