1995 Saturn SL2 wont start

It is the strangest thing I have ever seen. The power door locks wont work, the radio gets nothing but static, and it's not getting any fuel to start the car.. I sprayed starter fluid into the carb and it starts but dies when it runs out of fuel.. I just replaced the alternator and battery. I am thinking it's grounded. Not sure tho.. Any thought would be great thanks
