What state do you live in? Where I live we dont have any inspections so I can mod my car however I want but if your state has inspections you will want to have a cat converter installed. You could get a high-flow cat to gain power and try to remain legal.

im in IL, but i dont think they worry about the inspections here either, i want the car to be very high performance, but still legal enuogh that i can go out of state to places like CA and still be legal or not have any problem.

as long as you are just visiting california and don't have emissions in your state then I don't think you can get in trouble for it... but I don't know for sure

well as soon as it came time for new tags and/or emissions you'd have to be able to pass

hydraulic clutches use hydraulic fluid to engage the clutch versus a cable clutch. The only thing a hydraulic clutch does for you is give you a lighter clutch pedal.

Hey man, i definately say you need to ditch the neons, you really don't want to rice out a 7 they look soo trashy when you put on neons, if your going for the fast and furious type of car, don't do it to a 7, the neons and everything ruin the look, neons don't look good on a 7 anyway
