Replacement speakers-help me! Please!

I bought these awesome new Infinity speakers from my friend. They're going to sound great if I could only figure out how to get the plastic speaker covers off the doors. I've already cracked one but you can't see it unless you're looking for it. Do I need to take off the whole interior door panel!?

Any words of advice are welcome.

I have a 93 sable and I know with that the only way to replace the front speaker is to remove the door panel. Unfortunitly i cant figure out how to do this. If you have any ideas i would be glad to hear them.

You have to take the door pannel off, i have a 97 sable, and this is what i had to do, Its really easy it just pulls off, I Recoment Starting at the bottom and pull it off, Be careful cause it will only come out like 5 inches, then you have to disconnect the two or three wire harnesses for the door controlls, When putting it back maje sure the Lock Indicator is through the hole on the top, connect the wires, and just snap it back in.

I am in the process of doing mine as well, i notice on the speaker ther is a capacitor??? maybe???The plug goes to like a coil then to the speaker. Anybody know what that is and is it needed?

its prob part of the origonal speaker. just install the new ones, and connect it to the wire harness

do not buy infinity speakers, they are not awesome. I have a 2001 sable and you have to pop off the window switch box and disconnect the cable, then there are a few screws you need to take off. then jusy pop of the door panel
