I own a 1994 Saturn SL2, totally stock. Would it be possible to get up to 69 mph in just over .1 miles, from a dead stop?

Why? Are you trying to go Back to the Future? If so, it won't work. The Saturn is made of plastic, the DeLorean was all metal, baby. More temporal-magnetic ability with the metal car in the mall parking lot.
But seriously, why? That's an odd stat to ask about. 1/4 mile, 0-60, 0-100, those are stats most people contemplate. I'm sure it's possible with upgrades (Twistec turbo kit & motor mounts; SPS clutch, brakes, plugs/wires, intake; custom exhuast; weight reduction; etc.), but I'm not so sure the ol' girl will go that fast stock.

Interesting. In a courtroom, I'd say the Saturn couldn't go that fast. It's just a little four-banger, after all. In real life, I'd have to do some testing (First, I'd have to have some concept of how far 1/10 of a mile really is, because that seems extremely short, considering that a drag strip is 1/4 of a mile). Are you challenging the ticket?

you better, thats retarded. there arent many cars that can actually do that. especially not a saturn.

yeah i am challenging it, i just dont have any hardcore evidence except that i have a tiny engine with no mods. by the way it is apparently about an 1/8 of a mile.

ah the power of physics. Get me the stock 0-60 and if possible the 1/4 mile times, and i will get you all the mathematical evidence you need if it is to turn out in your favor.

i wouldnt underestimate that car. I have an '02 SOHC model with a 5-speed and i have done a timed 0-60 in 4.5 seconds... easily under 1/8 of a mile!

i couldnt see myself getting a ticket for that since in my case it wouldnt be logical...
